Our lobster meat comes from the same fresh off the boat live lobsters that we ship to our customers. Maine lobster meat can be used to make many different dishes. Some of our favorites include lobster rolls, lobster bisque, lobster mac n' cheese, and lobster salad.
 Our family personally shucks (remove the meat form the shell) all of our lobster meat. This means that only the highest quality meat leaves our facility. We take great pride in our lobster meat and it's one of our products that receives the most complements. We shuck our Lobster Meat in small batches weekly, meaning our meat is only frozen for a few days.
