Medium Live Maine Lobsters fresh off the boat
Average weight per lobster is between 1.25 and 1.50 pounds.
In New England the one and a quarter pound lobster is called a "Quarter". A single quarter lobsters is great for people with a smaller apatite, or when complimented with steamer clams or other shellfish.
Every order includes cooking and handling instructions!
