We use the highest level of UPS shipping, priority overnight.

Tuesday - Friday Delivery

Regular deliveries are made Tuesday through Friday. Your package will arrive before 3:00PM barring any weather or UPS delays.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact us or UPS to confirm that Saturday deliver is available in your area. An additional fee will be added to your order if you choose a Saturday date.

Shipping Delays

We personally track every package and notify our customers in the event of shipping delays. We work with a shipping team at the UPS hub who will remove your package from a delayed plane and place it in refrigeration. In the event your package is delayed more than 1 day, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us immediately.

Holidays

We can not deliver on days that UPS is closed. UPS closes for most all major holidays. You are more than welcome to place orders on Holidays as long as the delivery date is not a holiday. Please feel free to contact us or UPS for Holiday closures.

All orders are shipped in an insulated box with an ice pack and moist paper. This keeps your lobsters cold and provides a constant supply of ocean water.

If you are not satisfied with your order please call or email within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will make every effort to make your lobster delivery experience as smooth as possible.
